Leadership
Sashin is a business graduate with a commercial background. He began serving at FOCM as the Youth Leader 2001, was later appointed as an elder and was ordained as a Pastor in 2006. He regularly travels the nations to equip and train leaders in the Body of Christ. Ronelle is a physician specialising in the field of clinical research for HIV and Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis. Together, they serve the Body of Christ and their community with a burden to see the word of God made flesh again in a people.
Sashin & Ronelle are accountable to FOCM pioneers, Dr. Ronnie & Pastor Beaulah Narasimooloo as well as the presbytery and founders of ABC Ministries.

Lead
Lead the hearts and affections of the lost back to Him, that they may discover true love and purpose in knowing God as He is.

Equip
Equip and train the body that we may grow in dignity, stature and influence through the exchange of our thoughts, ways & culture for His.

Sonship
Arise as Sons of God on the earth, secure in our identity as we reveal His heart and mind in all that we do.

Sound Doctrine
To bring sound doctrine back to the church where Christ is made the centre of all things.
Colossians 1:18. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
Church Culture:
(Brief overview)
We believe:
- That the church is the household (family) of God. God is our Father and we as His children must become more like Him.
Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. Ephesians 5:1
…because as He is, so are we in this world. 1 John 4:17
- In building relationally. God loves people and fills us with His love for one another.
God sets the solitary in families; He brings out those who are bound into prosperity; But the rebellious dwell in a dry land. Psalms 68:6
- That all five-fold ministry gifts are given to equip & train the body of Christ.
We are strategic in prioritizing personal growth & development.
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ. Eph 4:11-12
